CA Director Ezra Chiloba Closes Down Another Radio Station Days After Shutting Pastor Nganga's Tv

The general director Ezzra Chiloba closed down another radio station related to Nelson Githinji Ndegwa, which alleged to be operating illegally.

The communication authority procrastinated that the station was operating despite not issuing it with a license, which is contrary to the Kenya information and communication act of 1998.

Currently owner of the illegal radio station is detained at Buruburu police station awaiting for arraignment in court, Githinji will be charged with establishing a radio communication station without a valid license.

According to Ezra Chiloba, he procrastinated that anyone willing to have his own radio station, must first ensure they acquire the valid requirements.And operating an illegal radio station may cause interference of licensed broadcasters.

"Anyone wishing to provide information and communication services in the country must ensure they obtain appropriate licenses, from the authority without fail..."

This follows few days when the director closed down television show related to pastor Nganga, that was claimed to have violated the rules and guidelines of the media.
