JUST IN; Arsenal fans in Kenya holding prayers today.

Arsenal fans in Kenya are holding their national prayers today across the country.

The prayers are usually dedicated to the success of the club and also as part of thanksgiving in churches.

In Turkana county, the members of the Arsenal Kenya Supporters Club held their prayers at Deliverance Church in Lodwar, where the also donated some one hundred chairs to the Sunday school children.

The group, which was started in the year 2010 was called Kenya Arsenal Fan Club,, before it changed it's name to Arsenal Kenya supporters club.

The group was launched at Club red carpet where they first met. It has grown in to a big group with branches in Nairobi, Mombasa and Eldoret.

By 2017, the group had around three hundred members. It's main objective is to do charity work, organise tournaments and manage development projects in the society.

On Monday, Arsenal FC play against Oxford United in a FA cup game then play the London derby against their rivals Tottenham hot spur.
