It's unclear as to what causes most of the accidents but in most cases, the drivers are at fault as they over-speed or disobey traffic rules.
This evening, there has been a deadly car crash on the busy Langata Road involving a Toyota Mark 2.
According to an eye witness account, the Toyota Mark 2 was over-speeding when it lost control.

The vehicle rammed into a road barrier after the driver lost control and he was injured in the ensuing chaos.
There were no casualties in the accident that saw the front of the vehicle badly damaged.
We urge drivers to be careful especially during rush hour as they come out of their various places of work headed home.
More accidents can be prevented if adherence to traffic rules at all times on the road to discourage this menace.
