PLO Reveals Public Officers Have iPads Which They Don't Know How To Use Yet Ladies Can't Afford Pads

Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba is a Kenyan who served as the Director of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission from September 2010 to August 2011. Since 2014, Lumumba has been the Director of The Kenya School of Law. An eloquent lawyer, Lumumba earned his LL.B and LL.M degrees at the University of Nairobi. He was born on 17 July 1962, Kenya.

The 59 years old Advocate hit out at how the country is operates, especially public offices. The no nonsense advocate has condemned the public officers saying that they have iPads which they do not even know how to use yet young ladies who have recently attained the age of puberty cannot afford sanitary pads.
