Today Kenyans on Facebook have raised concerns about insecurity in Outering Footbridges and roads in Nairobi County. Kenyans shared their worst moments while using these footbridges and tricks thugs are using to steal from Kenyans in these Footbridges In Nairobi.
Here are the tricks used by the thugs:
1. Most are young and idle men in the footbridges. They like idling in the footbridges at specific distant and if you ask them what they are doing, they will say, "tuna Pima hewa tu" and before you know they will attack you and rob you. They will mostly attack those who are walking alone and those who look afraid.
2. Others will pose as people doing exercise on these footbridges but it's just a cover to linger around to rob early risers and late comers.
3. These thugs always works in groups of at least four people, two will be ahead of you and two behind you. They will attack you from both sides and beat you before snatching your properties.
What do you think should be done so that these criminals activities in footbridges to be reduced?
Hesy Wa Dandora's Team have responded to these insecurity concerns and they have promised to deal with these thugs accordingly. Footbridges are normally constructed in busy roads so as to avoid human and car collision. But with criminal activities in footbridges, people will have to cross the busy road and this will put their lives at risk.
