During the meeting, the Governor honoured his personal pledge of Ksh. 100,000 to the organization to aid in running their activities.
He also urged the organization's leadership to continue engaging County Government of Vihiga in their activities so that most of their interests and those of people with special needs in the society can be addressed.
On their part, the group gifted the County Boss various presents, applauding him for the support he has accorded the organization.
They also commitment to continue ensuring People With Disability (PWD) are fully recognized in the society especially when it comes to allocation of resources.
The organization takes care and pays school fees for abandoned children who are uniquely abled.
