According to a video shared by the Standard digital on twitter, the landowners said that the funds had been released to the National Lands Commission but theyve not paid them despite the ongoing construction project. Their concern is who is holding the money in the NLC that he doesn't want to release them.
The residents further said that challenges of school fees and food shortage is affecting them and they therefore urgently need the funds.
