Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto has joined millions of Kenyans in sending condolences to the residents of Suiyan in Samburu and Bardassa in Marsabit County. The community is mourning the death of their beloved ones who lost their lives at the hands of ruthless bandits who killed five and took away their cattle. It has to be noted that Nine bandits were also shot dead.
Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto who is eyeing the country's top seat in the fourth coming general elections, said that security agencies must save lives and protect property. He wished those who were left behind injured, quick recovery.
