The first lady, Rachel Ruto, and the second lady, Dorcas Rigathi, were in Thika today for a conference on recognizing harmful foes and a healing Jesus campaign while their husbands started a hustling financial drive.
Reliable sources claim that the two chose to attend the conference rather than accompany their spouses because, typically, when the government launches significant projects, they always stand by their spouses. However, this time, the opposite is the case. The two have previously been spotted attending other meetings in addition to those scheduled by the government.
William Ruto, the first in charge, and Rigathi Gachagua, the second in command, along with other Kenyan kwanza leaders, are launching hustler today as one of the objectives they promised Kenyans during their campaigns. The fund is intended to assist persons who are unable to obtain business loans with reasonable interest rates.
