A family in Mwihoko, Kiambu county is seeking justice for their son, Felix Odhiambo who was electrocuted while fixing electric problem on top of a pole. It is alleged that Felix was regularly engaged by the Kenya Power and Lighting Company KPLC officials to fix electric problem in the area.
According to an eye witness the electricity had been switched off when Felix was climbing on top of the pole but after sometime it was switched on. The eyewitness continue to say that the vehicle which had escorted Felix to the task, took off after he fell from the pole living him to die. The area residents said that they heard a loud bang when Felix was Electrocuted. The KPLC is on spot for the untimely death of the electrician.
He died on the spot and he has left his young family behind. Her wife has urged well wishers to step in and help her get justice for Felix adding that he was the soul bread winner. Nominated MP Isaac Mwaura has visited the family and promised to join the family in seeking Justice for Felix.
