A 31 years old man in kirinyanga has killed his 37 years brother after he found him with their 17 years old sister in a compromising situation. The incident has shocked Chama village in Baricho kirinyanga county.
According to police report, Samuel Irungu was allegedly confronted by his brother in a compromising situation with his 17 years old sister. His brother Benard Njere was filled with fury and confronted him and this prompted a fierce fight that led to his demise. 
According their father who reported the matter to the police said that the deceased was hit with a blunt object on the head, face and back died while undergoing treatment at karatina sub county hospital. 
Detectives visited the homestead after the incident and discovered that the deceased had impregnated step sister who experienced a stillbirth in March this year. However the police have launched a manhunt to arrest the murder suspect who has escaped and charge him in court of law.
