Otiende Amollo
President William Ruto has come under intense criticism from an orange democratic movement (ODM) member of the national assembly who is accusing him of allegedly presiding over a fraudulent project.
Through his social media accounts, Rarieda constituency member of the national assembly Hon Otiende Amollo says that that president William Ruto's mega hustler fund project is a fraud.
He claims that the financial inclusion fund is not anchored in law and that the cabinet did not allegedly approve the program as required by law. He further claimed, without providing any evidence to back up his hollow claims, that the hustler fund savings goes to individual pockets. He said the whole idea behind the financial inclusion fund need to relooked at.

"The Hustler Fund Is A Fraud; No Approval By Ruto Cabinet, No Approved Budget By Parliament, No Approved Legislation Or Regulations, High and illegal interest Rates, retained Savings In Private Pockets, illegal Threats To Defaulters without Legal Backing. These Things Need Reflection!" he said.
