Moses Wetengula is a man on the spot as he was marked over allegations of him having links to the ballot papers printer in Greece and this has since raised concerns.
A short video clip of him talking to a white man at night has since gone viral and from the video clip, the two we're talking about some deal which was not well clear and the voice allegedly of Moses Wetengula could be heard talking of something arriving on Wednesday night.
He can be heard saying to the white man that even him his life can be in danger if he loads something he has not verified and he also mentioned the name of the police in the video clip.
