Somber mood engulfed at the Moi teaching and Referal Hospital mortuary in Eldoret as the body of the late Edwin Chiloba was being taken for burial.
The late Edwin Chiloba was an iconic fashionist and LGBTQ activist. Until his death He was a student at the university of Elodert where he was doing well as Mr. University.
His death brought attention the entire social media in and out of the country. Chiloba was murdered in cold blood by the people he knew well before being damped by the roadside inside a metallic box.
Several people were arrested and detained following his death, the main suspect was his close friend by the name of Brian. It is alleged that Brian killed Edwin for suspected love triangle. However, he is detained and investigation is ongoing.
An autopsy was done and revealed that the late Edwin was executed in a painful way. His eyes were gauged out and three pairs of socks were put inside his mouth. His family is calling for justice as his burial takes place at his home in Eldoret.
