
Here Is The Kenyan Man Serial Killer Who Has Been Accused Of Serial Killings In The USA.

The authorities in the United States have arrested a Kenyan man who is being accused of being a serial killer and had killed several people in the united States.
The Kenyan man who goes by the names Billy Chemirmir has been accused and is believe by the United States authorities that he has been involved in the several offenses including robbing several Women in their homes in North Texas and now murder charges have been placed on him again.
The authority there have accused him of having a connection to some deaths of 14 elderly people in Dallas and the County of Collin which took place between 2016 and 2018.
According to the Dallas news website, and I quote, "...the man Chemirmir will be charged with 17 counts of capital murder and two other counts of attempted capital murder in Dallas and Collin county..."
