A woman aged 64 years from Nyagancha village in Nyamira County has been arrested after defiling her 12 year old grandson.The woman was caught in bed defiling the minor.
The old woman appeared before Keroka Law Courts.She pleaded guilty by admitting that she did the act since she feared to approach an old man to satisfy her.It is alleged that she defiled the boy severally before being caught.
According to reports by those who caught the woman defiling the grandson,the grandson stated that the grandmother asked him to get her food from their home before she defiled him.

"Alinituma nimletee chakula kutoka nyumbani,"said the boy which loosely translates to "she told me to get her food from home.
The magistrate in the Keroka Law Court stated that the case will be mentioned on March 23rd.The old woman is currently in custody as she waits for her case to be mentioned.
