Transport sector is the backbone of the country's economy since most people relies on it to reach various locations. The situations of these roads seem to be causing backtail such that motorist can't reach their various destinations on time.
Despite the government promise to repair roads especially those rural roads linking to people's homestead, some remain unmaintained. Today residents of Syokimau have decided to take the matters into their hands after feeling that their plea isn't being attended to by their county government.
According to a post shared by roads alert Ma3Route channel on twitter, the residents decided to join hands to construct a Murram road Linking to their estates. They wrote a letter of concern to all the "Airport road" users from the area to come together through a fundraising so as to salvage the condition of the road. They gave out a paybill number for the fundrive.
