"Love is Blind" Migori Woman Begs Safaricom To Connect Her with Husky-Voiced Customer Care Employee

The news of Yvonne Konto Kerubo's romantic encounter with a Safaricom customer care operative has caught the attention of many. The Migori resident is now seeking assistance from the telecommunications giant to locate her mysterious lover. Although it has been three days since their conversation on January 10th, Yvonne remains hopeful that she will be able to track him down soon.

"I was in awe of the friendly customer service I received from Safaricom. The gentleman on the line had a pleasant and soothing voice, making it hard for me to focus on why I had called. Nonetheless, his politeness made it worth my while and I left the conversation with a smile." Kerubo said.

The 27-year-old from Sirare tried calling back, hoping to hear the husky-voiced guy on the other end again. Unfortunately, she was unable to get through as the call disconnected due to a network issue.

Yvonne was frustrated as she had called the telecommunications company, expecting to speak with a man but instead being connected to a woman. After hanging up, Yvonne tried calling again and unfortunately, once more was connected to a female customer care representative. She was not happy and wanted to get in contact with the male representative she originally heard.

Yvonne, a seller of canned and pureed tomatoes, expressed her concern and urged the company to look into their systems and reconnect her with the man she initially heard.
