The man, Richard, commented on a video of Mary explaining to the media how she can juggle different activities.
In his comment, Richard has accoladed the lady for being so focused, adding that the lady should see her so that he may give her the money.
Speaking to the Nation, Mary Njeri Kariuki noted that she is a fourth-year student at the Muranga University of Technology pursuing a course in Bachelor of Criminology and Security Studies.
She joined the institution back in 2017 and due to life challenges, she was forced to venture into income-generating activities to meet her daily demands in 2018.
At the onset, she started selling cosmetics to fellow students in their hostels and people around the institution until 2020 when business crumbled due to the pandemic. Consequently, she was forced to think of something to do after the institution was shut down indefinitely.
It was when she joined a security company where she was employed as a security guard to cater to her endless needs.
When the school was reopened, Mary resorted to working at night so that she could attend her classes.
Following her request, the company stationed her at Muranga Level 5 Hospital as a night guard.
She would then engage in other activities like washing people's clothes and cleaning houses to get money when she has no classes.
Asked whether she studies during the day, Mary noted that most of the time she would study at night when the hospital is not that busy.
She is hoping to work with either a government or private investigation company upon completing her degree next year.
