The Kenya Power has been faulted many times by Kenyans for being lax on ensuring that there is uninterrupted power across the country or at least to those connected at all times.

This, sometimes has not been the case as faults are prone to occur leaving some areas with no electricity for some time which affects businesses and sometimes security of some places.
This evening, the residents of Kileleshwa, Lavington, Kawangware, Kangemi, Mzima Springs and adjacent customers have been without electricity for some few hours.
According to Official Kenya Power Social Media Handle, the engineers at Kenya Power are said to have identified the fault and are thus working to rectify and restore power to these areas in the shortest time possible.
The fault was a punctured cable at the Kileleshwa Substation but the engineers are doing their best to restore power to the affected places in time.
