Two drivers perished in a bad accident as three trucks crash at Ndarungo High point on Thika superhighway, Nairobi County.
It was dark and there was a big traffic snarl-up along the busy highway.
Oracha said the two drivers who died in the 8pm accident were identified as Jecton Munyao and Henry Okoti, both aged 45 and 43 respectively.
Their bodies were moved to Nairobi County hospital mortuary for preservation and identification.
Their motorvehicle wreckages are being towed to the opposite side of the road for police inspection.
The Friday night accident has delayed transport operations along the busy highway as police try to clear the highway to provide a passage for the vehicles that are still stuck in the long traffic for now thirty minutes.
