Mr. Patrick S. Mills is the Senior Regional Security Officer for American Embassy in Kenya.
According to the information shared, the meeting's conversation centred on sustenance of the bilateral cooperation between the National Police Service and the US Government on training under the US Anti-Terrorism Assistance Programme.
The meeting between the two security officials comes at a time when there is increase in terorrism acts especially in Lamu County where a number of cases have been reported. Also North Eastern part of the country has been affected.
