A man in Kisii is calling for well-wishers to help him raise his newborns after his wife strangely delivered five babies at once.
"When I was three months pregnant, I went for an ultra-sound and I was informed that I was carrying four babies...," stated elated Ms. Nyanchera unable to hide her surprise for the fifth kid.
Hailing from the Nyaribari Chache constituency, the first-time mother could not hold her joy after delivering four girls and one boy.
The woman vowed not to attempt giving birth again, since it was already a challenge in bringing up the five. The woman was forced to undergo a CS at the Kisii Teaching and Referral, following a breached presentation for the babies.
Luckily, the operation lasted for only three hours, ending successfully with both the mother and the kids safe. The babies are doing well under the incubator at the newborns' unit, while the mother is also fine.
The husband pleaded with the public to financially come for their aid. Mr. Nyaoko stated that although they were financially not stable, they were glad that God had blessed them with the 'joy bundles'
