Radull, who took to her Twitter page on Sunday morning to reveal the news, explained that the late Wanjala Ngara was the director Gender, NGO and Sports in prisons countrywide.
“Assistant Commissioner General of Prisons Pauline Wanjala Ngara, who was also the Director Gender, NGOs and Sports in Prisons across the country, has sadly passed on at the Aga Khan hospital while receiving treatment. May her soul rest in peace!,” Wrote Radull.
She however did not expound further on the real cause of this death but some sources indicated that the the diseased succumbed to signs of Covid.
Official communication is expected to be made by the Prisons Departments and the family all though.
