Dp Ruto has told the delegation from the International Republic Institute and National Democratic Institute that his main concern about the police ahead of August polls is that they it has the most incompetent inspector General.
The second in command has said that Inspector Hillary Mutyambai was incompetent and that he cannot make decision by himself if anything happens. The Dp has however admitted that they did not doubt the capacity of the police to handle any emergency in the August polls.
"We do not doubt the capacity of the police to handle the situation ,we doubt the command. We have a serious problem with the command of the police. We have the most incompetent Inspector General of police ,I think in the world"Ruto said.
Surprisingly ,Dp Ruto has alleged that Uhuru Kenyatta was the one giving instructions to the police something which should be done by the inspector general.
"To be honest , the current IG is the president of Kenya who is the leader of Azimio"he added
