Mike Sonko, a former governor of Nairobi, recently recalled how his wife, Primrose Mbuvi, and their children managed to escape the Flying Squad officers' bullets that were fired at her automobile.

Sonko's children were also in the car, but thanks to God, they all made it through the life-threatening situation.
The automobile, a Range Rover (KAQ 535W), was actually purchased from president William Ruto years ago for ksh7.5 million through a car dealer named Ng'ang'a Mundia.
The vehicle belonged to the late President Daniel Moi until he sold it following an accident.
After the incident, it was discovered that the car was bulletproof, which prevented any injuries.
After being arrested to Buru Buru Police Station, Primrose Mbuvi and his daughter were subsequently freed after being requested to present the official ownership of the vehicles.
