According to the lawyer representing the British father, told court, the traumatized minor is currently receiving treatment at Mombasa hospital.
The father of the lady who is the mother of the child appealed to Mombasa high court judge Anne Ong'injo to forgive her daughter.
"I want peace with the father of my grandson.
This is my first day in court and kindly request the court to forgive my daughter"
The two couples, a Kenyan lady and a British father are battling a bitter child custody in Mombasa court.
Mombasa high court judge John Ony'ego ruled earlier that the two couples should have 50/50 custody of the child.
"The mother has failed to present the kid to his father since the court granted her custody.
The mother also withdrew the child from school.
The police managed to trace the mother at the Kenya Uganda border where she was trying to sneak the minor to Uganda".
Making her ruling, Justice Ong'injo ordered the mother to sign an undertaking she would present herself in court on the 16th of this month before a children court judge.
