Deputy Ruto through his self proclaimed blogger Dennis Itumbi has now asked the police who arrested four youths spotted heckling at Dp Ruto , during his campaign rally in Kisii to be released.

In the letter, it was alleged that there are a group of youths deployed in various parts of the country, to conduct themselves in unorganized manner in every deputy Ruto's event.

"Kenyans are now aware for the past couples of days, small groups of youths have been deployed to heckle and generally conduct themselves in a disorderly manner during our engagement with the people..."

In the letter youths were urged to stay a way from malpractices that may later ruin their lives, and leaders should promptly involve youths in a meaningful and optimal political discourse, since they are the biggest stakeholders of our present and future.

"I am not satisfied that we are anywhere near involving the youths meaningfully and optimally in our political and policy discourse and engagement....youths are biggest stakeholders of our present and future..."
