Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua received overflowing messages and wishes of goodwill as he celebrates his 58th birthday today. He was born on February 28th, 1965.
He joined the University of Nairobi, the School of Government before venturing into politics. The second in command was preceded by William Ruto as the Deputy President since 2022.

Besides, he served as the Member of Parliament for Mathira constituency between 2027 to 2022 and was once a District Officer and former Head of State Uhuru Kenyatta's Personal Assistant.
However, his spouse Pastor Dorcas Rigathi extols him with a lovely message praising him as a true hero of the family.

"By grace, God has granted my family the first two. Today we celebrate a hero, the best husband, and a father per extraordinary. With much love, we blow you H.E Rigathi Gachagua, our family kisses and hugs and with much prayers for a long and happy life," Pastor Dorcas Rigathi hailed her spouse.
"We wish you a very happy birthday, we speak life to you and declare you shall surely age gracefully and in very good health. Once again Happy birthday, Your Excellency the one and only Riggy G. An extremely happy New year and New day," she added.
Happy birthday the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya. To more years of Grace and service to humanity.
