30-year old Kenyan Socialite Sheila Wairimu alias Shay Diva who is based in Kitale has been found guilty of stealing and transferring to self V8 Prado Belonging to late Kitale Tycoon.
Sheila was arrested after PJ Dodhia Kumar's family raised a complain claiming that Sheila was given a vehicle on a use and return terns but she fled away a day after Kumar's death.
Sheila transferred the motor vehicle's ownership to herself without following due processes of succession.
On her defense, Sheila alleged that she has never attempted to transfer ownership of the vehicle to herself, adding that the vehicle was transfered to her without her knowledge. She learnt it after accessing her NTSA account.
Sheila will know her fate on 5th December 2022 concerning the case she is facing.
Kumar died in April 2021.
