Natembeya Breathes Fire in Baragoi, Sends Stern Warning to Cattle rustlers

Rift Valley Regional Commander Natembeya has today breathed fire in Baragoi as he sent a stern warning to cattlerustlers in the area who have been terrorizing residents.

Natembeya warned that residents that they should be indoors by 6:30 PM and if any stolen cattle is found at anyone's home and an individual was killed in the process when the cattle disappeared, he/she will be held liable for the crime.

He noted that the area has been insecure and many officers have been killed while on duty in the area and recently, a Senior officer was attacked on his way to Maralal from Baragoi and beaten by the attackers.

The Regional Commander noted that in Baragoi, human life is not valued and people can lose their lives at any time due to the insecurity.

He compared the insecurity in Baragoi to the insecurity in Afghanistan, stating that it does not match.

He has warned residents that the government has bigger firearms than AK47 and G3 guns and the government will never run out of ammunition.
