New Police Spokesperson is The First Ever Female Cop to Acquire a PhD, She Was Best Recruit in 2003

The National Police Service has appointed a new Police Spokesperson according to the available reliable reports that we have with us this afternoon.

Bruno Shioso, who has been serving in the same capacity, was promoted and transferred to be the new Commandant of the National Police Service Training College in Kiganjo.

Dr. Resila Atieno Onyango is the new Police Spokesperson where she has replaced Mr. Bruno Shiosho in the new changes that were announced on Tuesday.

This afternoon, according to the available reliable reports that we have with us from Daily Nation Newspaper, Dr. Resila Anyango comes with a wealth of experience in the field.

She had made headlines last year when she became the first ever woman police officer in Kenya to acquire a doctorate in the National Police Service history.

She holds a Master of Science degree in Criminology from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, that is found in the United States of America which she earned through a scholarship.

During her graduation from Kiganjo in 2003, she was named as the best police recruit in that year as per the reports that we have with us.
