Student fraternity and neighbors of a student identified as Emily Chepkemboi of Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) are still in shock after she was murdered. The incident which happened earlier yesterday was discovered today by the caretaker in her rented apartment when on routine checkup.
According to TV47 digital news platform, the deceased who studied at Homabay was last seen entering her room with her boyfriend who was also a school mate before she was eventually found stabbed severally in her body. Emily is the daughter of a business man based in Kericho town as the family was still trying to come to terms with the shocking death of their first born daughter.
Police detectives familiar with the progress of Investigations believe it was a love triangle that could have lad to the killing. The boyfriend whose name has not yet been given is the main suspect in the murder as the search is still ongoing.
