Makena, not her real name claims to have had a nasty experience in the course of her career as a streetwalker, speaking to one of our interviewers she recalls an incident in her life that she never expected.
On one particular day, she recalls having landed a good deal from a client that offered to pay her 5000 shillings, after driving to the man's house expecting to offer sex to him. She was shocked when the man offered her a dead corps to clean.
The man further claimed it was a corpse of his late wife whom he loved We went to his house in Nyali and instead of having sex, he gave me a dead body to clean up.
He told me that the body was that of his wife that he loved. He said he usually pays someone to clean her and apply make-up,’ she said.
