Fathers From Hell Forcefully Sleep With Daughters as Their Mothers Keep Quiet

A man has been arrested in Homa bay county, while another is on the run after they were suspected to have defiled their underage daughters on several occasions, even as their mothers kept quiet.

The girls, aged 13 and 14 are pupils in separate primary schools in class 5 and 6 respectively.

In the first incident, Charles Omondi Muga who inherited the mother of the 13 year old girl in Kasimba sub location, near Oyugis town after the death of her husband has been defiling her for quite some time now.

The girl said her mother is aware of what has been happening, but she not done anything about it.

The suspect hails from Kagan village in Homa Bay Sub County, but he stays in Kasimba village, where he is employed as a care taker in one of the homes.

John Otieno, a voluntary children’s officer who has been following up the matter said most of the times the girl is seen with the man and that she usually takes her lunch and supper at his place.

In the second incident, police are pursuing another man Evans Kidera on allegations that he has been defiling his 14-year-old daughter.

Kidera and his family hails from Mfungano Island but currently resides in Oyugis town at Ragana car wash area.

The hapless girl said she has on several occasions told the mother of what is happening, but she has remained silent about it, presumably for fear of family break up.

“I even told a neighbour about the behavior of my father but nobody is ready to ask him about what he is doing,” the girl said.

She said the mother sells vegetables and fruits in Oyugis town and usually comes to the house late when they have already eaten and gone to sleep.

Rachuonyo south sub county police commander Lilies Wachira confirming the arrest of the first suspect said Muga will appear in court Wednesday.

“The police are still looking for the other suspect who is still at large,” she said.
