Murder And Suicide Cases Are A Recurrent Story On Our Screens

Murder and suicide are growing more widespread in different parts of the African continent due to mental health issues.

Men and women who have killed their lovers or committed themselves as a result of a marital conflict have become a common story in the media.

When people are asked why they are taking their own lives, many of them blame unemployment. However, it is clear that job inadequacy is not the main cause. For example, males in uniform have been on the rise, with the most recent occurrence being Caroline Kangogo, a police officer who, according to reports, went rogue and began murdering her fellow officers.

Not only that, but a police officer in another district of Kenya confessed to being mentally ill in a video. He also sought help from the general public as well as his bosses.

What do you think should be done in the circumstances of those who commit suicide?

Should people make an effort to communicate with others?

Please share your ideas and let's all work together to support each other.
