Stealing is purely against the law in Kenya and whoever is found in such action is always arrested and charged dearly in court, but this seams not enough because many are still found stealing even if the consequences are well known to them.
Today, Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) of Kenya have tweeted a report on the arrest of a notorious thug who was part of the gang that attacked a pedestrian yesterday.
A thug who is known by the name Silvanus Ochieng was part of the gang who took away with a mobile phone and unknown amount of money. He was chased around Huruma ground before the arrest. He is now under police custody being prepared to arraign in court for robbery with violence charges.
