Rainfall Expected To Continue In The Next 5 Days Check If You Will Be Affected

The Kenya Meteorological Department is a department in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry which is responsible for delivering news concerning the weather.

The Kenya Meteorological Department on their website they have shared a 5 day weather forecast that is expected to start as from today 26th May 2023 to 30th May 2023.

The Kenya Meteorological Department has informed Kenyans that rainfall is expected to continue in some parts of the country during the forecasted period.

Rainfall is expected to continue in some parts of the East and West of Rift Valley, the Lake Victoria Basin, and also the coast region.

If you live in Siaya, Kisumu, Nyamira, Homa Bay, Kisii, Migori, Uasin Gishu, Baringo, Elgeyo Marakwet,Trans Nzoia county, Nakuru, Nandi, Kericho, Narok, Bomet, Kakamega, Busia, Bungoma West Pokot and finally Vihiga County will receive rains over a few areas during the day and finally at night chances of showers will be expected over a few areas.

In Samburu County and Turkana County it will be sunny during the day and during the night the sky will be partly cloudy.

If you live in Nairobi, Nyandarua county, Laikipia County, Nyeri county, Kirinyaga County, Murang'a County, Kiambu County, Meru County, Embu County and Tharaka Nithi the areas will receive heavy rainfall during the day and at night chances of showers.

If you live in Marsabit County, Mandera County, Wajir county, Garissa County and Isiolo the areas will receive rainfall during the morning hours, in the afternoon hours it will be sunny and dry and at night chances of showers.

In Kitui County, Makueni County, Machakos county, Kajiado County and Taita Taveta County it will be sunny during the whole day and in the night it will be partly cloudy.

Parts of Tana River county, Kilifi County, Kwale County and Lamu County will experience showers accompanied by thunderstorms during the day and also during the night.
