A woman from Muranga has allegedly killed herself along with her two children under unclear circumstances. According to the reports given by a reliable source of information, it has been revealed that the deceased Poisoned her two children after which she allegedly commit suicide by hanging herself in her house.
In the past few months, cases of murder and suicide related deaths have been on the rise. In the latest suicide and murder statistics given by the government, it has been revealed that Kenya looses close to 4 people on a daily basis in suicide related deaths. At the same time, it has been revealed that Kenya looses 5 people on a daily basis due to murder related crimes.
With this in mind, kenyans have been urged to make sure they visit experts whenever they feel suicidal. According to the reports given by different non-profit organizations that work on mental health, it has been revealed that most or this crimes or cases are related to poor mental health.
Due to this reason, the nonprofit organization have called upon the government to consider declaring mental health care a national priority in order to reduce the increasing cases of suicide and murder in the country.
