The trio was nabbed by irate residents red-handed skinning a dog to get meat for their business.
After being questioned they were handed over to the police for questioning.
He said that the incident has caused residents to lose faith in street food stating he was also a consumer of the kebabs.
"These three are popularly known for their Kebab business in the evening I am also a customer there and this incident has really shocked me, hope stringent measures will be taken against them to serve as a lesson to others of such behaviors," he said.
The three suspects were locked at Msamvu police station before being transferred to Morogoro police station.
Residents have been warned against eating street foods they are not sure where they come from.
