The energy and petroleum board has declared that the new prices of fuel will be effected immediately by all distributors of fuel in the country. The fuel price will rise by Ksh 8 from the original Prices and this means that Petrol in Nairobi will cost Ksh 134.75, diesel fuel will cost Ksh 115.60 while kerosene will cost Ksh 110.82 each per litre. This means that the increase in this fuel price will cause trouble for the passengers who will be driving from one place to the other.
However, several people have declared that the government should consider reducing the rate of fuel in the country and they should even introduce new technologies that don’t use fuel. They revealed that they are the ones suffering because they will have to deep inside their pockets to get the services of vehicles in the country. They have also concluded that several vehicles owners will abandon their vehicles to use public transport means in the country.
