Investigations have been launched to solve the mystery behind a suitcase that was found dropped near the GSU Recce in Ruiru town. The suitcase had the body of a woman who had been killed. The body plus the suitcase were found on Monday evening. According to Dorothy Migarusha, Police Commander for Juja, the deceased victim had been hacked to death.

The body according to the police and witnesses is of a young lady in her early twenties. Her hands were tied behind her back. The note that was found in the suitcase is what surprised many. "Bwana ya mtu ni sumu," it read. The note is believed to have been left by the killers of the woman.
Locals said that the body was discovered by pedestrians at around 5:30 PM. The police also said that the lady was killed somewhere and then dumped in the area around the highly guarded GSU quarters. It was taken to the City Mortuary for further investigations.
