A boy stabbed by a friend over a jerry can of water in Nyandarua

The parents of Edgar says that the conflict started when the suspect was trying to grab the jerry can from the boy who had already fetched the water. The father says that they got the news through the mobile phone while at home in Nyahururu ward that the son had been rushed to Naivasha district hospital but later got the news that he succumbed to injuries.
Family and friends have gathered in the preparation of the burial at their home. They say that their boy was of good morals and had never abused drugs and they want action to be taken by the law enforcers. They want the suspect to be arrested and arraigned in court.
The village elder says that there have been many cases of murder and it could be as a result of drug abuse.The residents urges the securities to try curb the drug abuse for it could be the major reason
