Police officers from Kajiado are currently investigating an incident that several weeks ago where a woman and her three children are reported to have been killed in a deadly fire incident.
In an incident that has since left residents with a number of questions, it has been revealed that the deceased were allegedly sleeping before the fire broke out.
Neighbors who responded to the incident claimed that they tried as much as they could to put the fire out but their efforts didn't bear any fruits due to the fact that they allegedly didn't have enough water to put out the fire.
At the same time, they claimed that the wind made it hard for them to help the deceased due to the fact that it was blowing fast making it hard for them to stop the raging fire that had already occupied most of the house.
"We tried as hard as we could to help the deceased but the wind was too strong for us. We can't say for sure that we know what happened but all in the same, we just heard the woman screaming and just like that, they were gone before we could do anything.
While reacting to this incident, the husband and father of the deceased has called upon the director of criminal investigations to launch an investigation in order to find the main cause of the fire claiming that their might have been a foul play in this.
In his own words, the man said that it was so unfortunate that he had to loose his family along with their houshelp who has since been buried in Kitui. According to the reports given by the Teary man, he called upon police officers to find out what happened in order for him to be at peace.
