National Transport Services Authority, has moved with speed to arrest a driver and conductor of a matatu belonging to Umoiner Sacco.
In photos and video circulated on social media, the conductors of the Matatu was captured hanging dangerously, extending their limbs onto another speeding matatu, while the other performed some sort of somersaults which endangered their lives.

A netizen called Francis Muli, alerted the authority and gave full details of the Matatu which paved way to the arrests.
NTSA later confirmed that they had made the arrests and the tro will be charged as per the laws laid out in the Kenyan Constitution. The arrests were made today however, the videos were shared yesterday the 2nd Of October 2022.
"The driver and the 2 conductors have been arrested.They will be charged accordingly." NTSA replied.
