Although siblings are supposed to love, support and care for one another, it is not always the case as some are found on the wrong side of the law.
A man,25, identified as Moses Wafula from Mavokho village, Bungoma county in the former Western province was badly lynched by mob after murdering his own brother over a chicken.
According to Shirleen Nafula, a local or rather neighbour, the suspect, a general worker in the nearby flower farm returned home and found his brother who is a drunkard had stolen and sold a chicken.
Conferming the incident the area police commander disclosed the deceased body was collected from the scene by police officers who responded to a phone call from the chief and was taken to Kakamega general hospital mortuary waiting to be buried once the investigation is concluded.
