Today has been one of the bitter and also good days for the Machakos Governor Dr. Alfred Mutua following allegations that he is behind the demolition of Boniface Mwangi''s home in Athi-River, Machakos County. As seen from the morning, Mutua has been trending on Twitter with many involving his stories with his ex-wife Lilian Ngang'a and Boniface Mwangi.
On the other side, the Governor has today been applauded for launching and inspecting several projects in his county for the benefits of the Machakos residents.

Project that he has launched includes; Road works, Solar Lighting and Paved walkways in Tala and Kagundo area's which are all in Machakos County.
According to the Governor, all leaders were elected to serve their people until the Election Day and hence being during an electioneering period does not mean that leader's should cease carrying out their role mandated to them by taxpayers (citizens).
