Today, January 9, 2023, Mr. Ibrahim Jillo Guyo, OGW, HSC, AIG was sworn in at the Supreme Court of Kenya, as a member of the National Task Force on Improvement of the Terms and Conditions of Service and other Reforms for Members of the National Police Service and Kenya Prison Service.
The Taskforce recently formed by H.E. Dr.William Samoei Ruto, C.G.H., President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces and is mandated to identify and recommend legal, policy, administrative, institutional and operational reforms in the NPS and Prisons Service for effective service delivery.
Mr.Jillo is an Assistant Inspector General of Police and currently, Director of Training at the Administration Police Service and a Certified Human Resource Professional. He holds Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Security Studies from Kenyatta University and MSc. Human Resource Management from JKUAT.
Mr. Jillo is a PhD student in Human Resource Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
NPS wishes Mr. Jillo success as he undertakes this enormous and significant task on behalf of the National Police Service.
