The two; Victor Otieno and George Onyango were arrested by police after a postmortem conducted on the body revealed that the deceased succumbed to a bleeding wound inflicted on his head with a blunt object.
Brief reports by the press revealed that the duo were nabbed after the officers were tipped-off by curious member of the public.
The deceased was reportedly found in his home in Nairobi’s Runda Estate on January 8,2022.
The body was preserved at Nairobi City mortuary.
According to the police OB reports xx/8/01/2022 filed at the police station, the two raided the house of the University graduate on the fateful day and stabbed him to death.
His neighbours said that there a commotion inside the house that lasted for 45 minutes before relative calm ensued.
His lifeless body was discovered the following morning by his neighbours who notified the police.
The duo are currently being detained at police station pending police investigations on the matter.
