Family, friends, and relatives are thrown into mourning following the sudden demise of their loved one who was a well-known person.
The late Francis Kibuchi was the director of ICT in the administration of Kirinyaga county. He was dedicated and diligent in the automation of services within the county. He tirelessly served his people.
He was among the people who played a huge role in the development of the management system in the administration of Kirinyaga county. Indeed he was an experienced person with full knowledge of ICT.
He used to live a healthy lifestyle until his demise occurred in the hospital where he had been admitted, he passed away while he was receiving treatment. His body was taken to the mortuary for postmortem to reveal the cause of his death.
Kirinyaga governor Hon. Ann Waiguru led Kenyans online in mourning his demise, we will like to send our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends. May his soul rest in external peace.
